About Clerix

What is Clerix?

Clerix supplies investigation, risk, sales and data businesses with complete, ready-to-use data, and takes on the cost and work of collecting it.

What does Clerix actually do for my business?

We build and run the systems that collect the data you need and deliver it ready to use. Your team spends its time on your product and your decisions, not on collection.

Where is Clerix based?

Tel Aviv, Israel. The company is Clerix Technologies Ltd.

Is Clerix a data broker?

No. We don't sell a pre-built database. We collect what each customer needs, on infrastructure we operate ourselves, and resell no third-party data.

How is Clerix different from other data providers?

Many data vendors build their offering by stitching together data from other third-party vendors. We own the whole collection operation ourselves and carry the cost of keeping it running. When something changes upstream, we fix it on our side and your customers never notice.

Who uses Clerix?

Investigation, risk, sales and data businesses, including some of the world's largest data resellers. If you buy data, there's a good chance you already rely on Clerix behind the scenes.

Who it's for

Who is Clerix built for?

Investigation and digital-risk companies, sales and go-to-market businesses, and data and AI teams.

Do you work with due-diligence and investigations firms?

Yes. They are one of our core customer groups and use Clerix to see things as they are today, with the history to back it up.

Can threat-intelligence teams use Clerix?

Yes. Threat-intelligence teams use Clerix to feed their monitoring with complete, consistent data.

Can brand-protection teams use Clerix?

Yes, to support the detection of impersonation, fraud and brand abuse.

Do you work with lead-generation and sales-data companies?

Yes. Their customers pay for accurate, complete information, and that is what we deliver.

Is Clerix suitable for data-enrichment platforms?

Yes. Enrichment platforms use Clerix to add accurate, consistent data to the records they already hold.

Can AI teams use Clerix?

Yes, AI teams that need data at volume, delivered the same way every time.

Do you work with small teams or individuals?

Clerix works with companies under enterprise agreements. We don't offer individual or self-serve plans.

Do you sell the data you collect for me to anyone else?

No. Data retrieved for you is returned to you only. It is not pooled or resold.

The data

What data can Clerix provide?

It depends on what you need. During scoping we map exactly which data you require and confirm what we can deliver before you commit.

How complete is the data?

You get the full picture, not a thin subset. If something is unavailable, you're told clearly instead of being left with a gap.

What format is the data delivered in?

Clean and structured, and delivered the same way every time, so it fits straight into your existing systems.

Will the format change and break my integration?

We add new data over time and tell you when we do. Anything you already rely on is changed or removed only with your approval.

How fast is delivery?

Average delivery is under one second.

Can Clerix handle large volumes?

Yes. Agreements are priced to your volume, and capacity is planned with you during scoping.

What happens if some data isn't available?

You receive a clear status saying so, never a silent gap.

Can you collect data you don't offer today?

Often, yes. Tell us what you need; if it can be collected reliably, our R&D team will find the way.

Do you keep a record of my requests?

Yes. Every request's metadata is logged and kept for the life of your account, so you always have an audit trail.

How do I know the data is accurate?

All data is collected live, in real time, at the moment you request it, so it reflects what is true right now. Accuracy and coverage targets are also agreed in writing before launch.

Reliability and support

How reliable is Clerix?

99.99% uptime and a 99.99% success rate, on infrastructure we build and operate ourselves.

What happens when something changes upstream?

Automated checks catch it before any customer sees an effect, and our R&D team fixes it on our side. Your integration keeps working.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

Your named contact, someone who builds the system, available around the clock.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. Incident response is immediate and around the clock, from a person rather than a ticket queue.

Do you rely on third-party data vendors?

No. We build and operate our own collection infrastructure.

What does the R&D team do?

It builds, tests and maintains every data pipeline we run, and fixes it when things change.

How do you make sure a new pipeline will hold up?

Before go-live we stress-test it with changes, delays, bad inputs and partial failures, to find its limits before the real world does.

Trust, privacy and security

How does Clerix handle my data?

Data retrieved for you is returned to you. It is not pooled, resold or used to train models.

Do you use customer data to train AI models?

No.

Yes, on request.

Do you provide security documentation?

Yes, on request, for your legal and security review.

Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. We sign one before any detailed discussion.

Is there an audit trail of what was collected for us?

Yes. Every request's metadata is logged and kept for the life of your account.

Pricing and getting started

How much does Clerix cost?

Pricing is set per agreement and based on your volume. You receive a proposal after scoping.

Is there a free trial?

We don't run self-serve trials. Instead, there's a proof of concept (POC) on your own needs, so you see exactly what Clerix delivers before you commit.

Can I sign up online?

No. Clerix works under enterprise agreements, starting with a short call.

How do I get started?

Book a call or email contact@clerix.io. From there it's four steps: scoping, a proof of concept (POC), agreement and go-live.

What happens on the first call?

A short conversation about what your business needs and how Clerix can help.

What does onboarding involve?

Scoping, a proof of concept on your own needs, an agreement with measurable targets, then go-live with monitoring in place and your named contact confirmed in writing.

Can I see results before signing?

Yes. The proof of concept (POC) shows you what Clerix delivers for your own needs before any commitment.

Are there minimum commitments?

Commercial terms, including volume, are agreed per customer in the proposal.

How do I contact Clerix?

Email contact@clerix.io, book a call on the website, or reach us on LinkedIn or Telegram.
